A Little History About Signature Design Studio

Raymond Ybarra attended the University of Arizona, College of Architecture and has over 30 years of experience with a wide range of projects in Commercial and Residential. Since the start of Signature Design Studio in 2004 the focus has been Residential Custom Homes in the Tucson area. Over the years and a wide variety of architectural designs SDS has projects throughout the state of Arizona, Southern California, Oregon and New Mexico.

Each project is specific to every client to meet their needs and construction budget. Every project is designed to maximize the views and preserve the natural vegetation and irreplaceable landscaping. SDS has extensive design experience along with construction administration experience with ability to work with various building departments, HOA Committees, Historical Review Departments and Fire Jurisdictions.
